So I managed to get my hands on Bill Bragg's Do You Have A License To Save This Planet, made (shockingly) in 2001 and starring Sylvester McCoy.
Words fail to do justice to the sheer, absurd incomprehensibility of it. At last, I've found something worse than Dimensions in Time. Really, what was Sylv thinking?? Yikes, yikes and yikes again!
