Since I've started to blog pretty frequently, I decided to go back and f-lock a few entries.  It's no big deal; it was mostly rants and ponderings that I just didn't feel the whole internet really needed to see.  I don't expect to do it with a lot of stuff, but just so everybody knows.  Discretion is the soul of caution.

Someone got mine and I dont even know who it was. My f-list didnt own up to it, so it could have been hacked :/ F-lock may not be entirely secure.

Yeah, your experience was what got me thinking about all this security stuff in the first place, and for all those reasons I don't mention my real name, my hometown, my school or even post pictures of myself on here (and never will, most likely). Of course, with the stuff people can do nowadays, probably all they'd need was my IP address (which is listed very openly lots of places around lj) to find out where I buy my milk and what my grandmother's first name is. :/ I'm fairly skitterish on the web, which is probably a good thing.
