Why strange urges are bad.

For some reason, I really wanted to crochet tonight.  I never crochet.  I know I had a ball of grey homespun laying around with a hook in it, because I kept finding it when I was looking for other things.  But of course, tonight when I actually wanted it, it was nowhere to be found.  I'm sure it'll turn up as soon as I have absolutely  no interest in finding it again.
